How does the creation of a custom piece work?

You share your idea, your emotion, the occasion and together we turn that into something real. Sketches, material selection, approval before production. Every step, made with you.

What are the timelines?

Generally, expect between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece. Timelines are always confirmed at the start of the project.

What is the pricing?

Since every piece is unique, pricing varies according to the materials and work involved. A detailed estimate is shared before any commitment is made.

Can I bring my own stones or existing jewelry?

Family stones are more than welcome. If you have a stone that holds a special place in your heart, it can become the starting point of an entirely new creation. However, the redesign of existing jewelry is not part of our services.

Do you work with clients remotely?

Absolutely. The process works very well through written exchanges, calls or video. Distance is not an obstacle.

Can you gift a custom piece without having every detail?

It is often the most touching way to give. With just a few details from you, we create a unique piece thoughtfully designed for the person who will receive it.

Returns & Reimbursements

Because every piece is made to measure, returns and refunds do not apply. What matters to us above all is that you are truly happy with your piece. We will always be available to adjust, refine or find a way to make it right.

Payment Terms

Every creation begins with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due when your piece is ready. In between, we work for you.
